Christmas Evening Menu
Our special prawn cocktail served in a large wine glass with pineapple chunks and a creamy Marie Rose sauce (4,7,10) flavoured with Anglesey Môn Rum. Served with brown bread (2,7).
Howard’s signature recipe, button mushrooms flavoured with cumin, ground and freshcoriander, tarragon (1,2,7,9) and finished with lemon and cream (7).
Served with crusty bread (2,7)
Melon fan with Autumn fruit compote lightly flavoured with Port. (Veg, Vegan, Gf))
Beach Hut Christmas Roast Turkey
Thick slices of succulent roast turkey breast with sage and onion seasoning (1,2,7,9), pork chipolata (2,7), Anglesey bacon, Yorkshire pudding (2,4,7)
Thick slices of slow cooked Anglesey beef with Bragdy Cybi ale (2) and Christmas spices (1,2,7,9) served with Yorkshire pudding and Bragdi Cybi gravy (2,4,7).
Oven baked salmon fillet served with a lemon butter sauce (1, 2,5,7,9).
Welsh mature cheddar cheese, leeks and carrots with a crumble topping (1,2,7,9,10,12,13,14) served with a cranberry and port sauce.
A aromatic coconut curry sauce with cauliflower green beans, mange tout and peppers.
Served with wholegrain rice and a popadom.
Roast and mashed potatoes (2,7), buttered sprouts and carrots (2,7) and roast parsnips.
Howards’ Family Christmas Sherry Trifle
Howard’s Christmas meal always included sherry trifle. Sherry soaked sponge (2,4) with raspberries, thick custard (2,4,7) topped with double cream (2) . It’s a lighter alternative to Xmas pudding and we like Howard’s granny are always a little ‘heavy handed’ with the sherry.
Christmas Pudding with Spiced Rum Sauce
The Christmas favourite (2,5,10) served with our special spiced rum sauce (2,7,10).
Iced Chocolate and Vanilla Crème Brulee (4,7).

Booking Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is payable per person to confirm the Booking.
Final numbers and the pre-order must be received 7 calendar days before the date of the meal.
The numbers confirmed on this date will be the numbers charged and payable and is non-refundable, unless Covid restrictions are in force.
Bookings can be substituted.
